Respected Madam,
First of all I am thankful to you for opting this
Institute for Mahindra Pride Classroom.
We are intending to cover all newly admitted 389 trainees
with special inputs of soft skills. Also they are bound to learn and practice
employability skills as a part of their curriculum designed by DGET Government
of India.
During 2018-2019 your training sessions proved very much
useful in imbibing trainees with the required discipline and orienting them
with industial environment.
I also feel all these trainees covered under Mahindra
Pride classroom should be addressed at certain periodic intervals say once in a
quarter. So at these feedback session we can take some parameters on record to
acertain that our efforts are getting right perspective.
As per the discussion held yesterday with your
representative two batches of two trainers will be made available throughout
the day.
So their syllabus can be completed in five days.

Mr Borate will co ordinate the sessions and will also
monitor there attendance.
Mr K R Pawar Group Instructor will be supervising the
sessions.
Time
9.30 to 11.30AM First Session
12.00 to 2.00PM Second Session
2.10 to 3.10 PM Shramdaan
3.20 to 5.20 PM Third Session
As there is Collector declared holiday on 6th the dates
of training may be extended on following working day.
Kind request to spare 20 minutes on the very first day
for opening remarks and similarly 60 minutes for the closing remarks at the end
of training programme.

Smt Owhal Group instructor to monitor the progress of store daily.
Even the raw material procurement needs to be addressed immediately.
The layouts is another issue pending with GI Smt Owhal.
Before this Monday 27th april we need finalised copies of each trade as per guidelines of DGET & DVET.
This is addressed to clerical staff.

as per the latest guidelines from Hon'ble Director & Joint Director the CSR activity is to be addressed on top priority.
The connect with Plant Incharge and HR officials to be enhanced via email phone calls social media to make the ATS scheme more effective.

Industry opinion as well as active contribution is much essential for the short term courses onjob training post training suport in reskilling and in upskilling. as usual all this is to be done by duely attaining the goals of regular CTS & ATS training programmes.
in addition the Industry Expertise is to be shared with the trainees and staff for practicing introducing the new technologies adopted at the industry end.
The 4.0 industry agenda is surely going to be altered because of COVID 19 hurdles.
The placement and no of industries on portal should be increased to its full potential. As the industry density is more the seats located can be occupied by the trainees from industry backward areas.
To enhance the skill the BTRI section should convince industries to allocate some jobwork which is feasible to do at ITI under the POTS.
